Mental, Emotional, Verbal, Service Intelligence , commonly is best defined as our capacity to perceive, express, understand and manage our own thoughts, emotions, spoken/written word and service to others in an effective and appropriate manner, both in the workplace and in our personal lives.

 

Where do we most commonly get stuck in our lives? 

 

Dealing with our thoughts and feelings, within ourselves and toward others !

 

We must be smart about using our thoughts, feelings, words and deeds.We must have the ability to use them effectively when we are interacting with others.

 

Decades of behavioral decision research has consistently shown that emotions, more than any other contributing factor, are what motivate us to act. Every decision we make, every choice to act or not act is determined by our intention to manage our feelings in one way or another, to either feel better or to avoid feeling badly. Emotion is the single pivot point upon which rests our entire experience of the quality of our life.

Low self-worth is a 'being' wound. We don't feel worthy of love and respect, from ourselves or from others.

Both have profound consequences for how we live our lives, for how we treat ourselves and how we treat others.

Together they create the foundation for the presence or absence of that essential confidence we need to venture forth into the world and create the lives we want and deserve."
